As we expand our operations into the Western Balkans (Kosovo & North Macedonia), we require a dedicated team of Regional Officers to assist with local compliance testing, administrative logistics, and financial flow auditing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial UX Auditing: You will act as a local tester for our partner banks and fintech apps (e.g., Paysera, Swinto, Tigo). This involves opening "Test Accounts" to verify their compliance with local regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage electronic signatures for contracts and handle local mail forwarding if necessary.
  • Payment Flow Verification: Receive and process test funds to verify transaction speeds between UK and local Balkan banks.
  • Reporting: Submit brief digital reports on user experience and banking friction.

Remuneration Package

  • Fixed Retainer: €150 / month (Net) for standby availability.
  • Performance Bonuses: €50 - €100 per completed audit task (e.g., successful bank account opening or stress-test transaction).
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (UK Service Agreement).
  • Perks: Fully remote, flexible schedule (approx. MAX 2 hours/week).
