The Strategic Context

Welcome to Phase 1 of your onboarding. As a newly appointed Regional Representative, your first mandate is to establish local foundational infrastructure required for operational deployment. This technical stage is a standard internal onboarding step used to prepare baseline administrative capacity before live assignments are granted.
