Regional Operations & Compliance Associate (Remote)

ABOUT VELOCE

Veloce Strategic Partners (VSP) is a financial infrastructure consultancy headquartered in London, UK. We specialize in digital banking integration, operational structuring, and regulatory coordination across European markets.

As we expand into the Western Balkans (Kosovo & North Macedonia), we are building a local operations team to support onboarding quality checks, documentation workflows, and structured operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform & Onboarding Testing: Review onboarding flows for selected fintech/banking apps (e.g., Paysera, Swinto, Tigo) and document friction points, errors, and UX issues.
  • Operational Coordination: Support follow-ups with local providers (email/chat), track status, and keep simple checklists up to date.
  • Documentation & E-Sign: Assist with basic document workflows, electronic signatures, and admin tasks related to contractor operations.
  • Reporting: Submit short weekly reports with findings, screenshots (when relevant), and clear next actions.

Remuneration Package

  • Fixed Retainer: €400 / month (Net).
  • Performance Bonuses: €50 - €150 per completed milestone (e.g., completed onboarding test cycle, validated workflow, or documented issue report).
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (UK Service Agreement).
  • Commitment: Fully remote, flexible schedule (approx. 4–6 hours/week).
